What's included in the R7,500 onboarding for Pro?
A 4-week ramp: connecting your inbox, ingesting 12–18 months of past quotes for model tuning, customising the PDF template, training your reps on the Telegram flow, and a launch review. After ramp, the R7,500 covers the running platform plus monthly success calls.
Can I switch from Lite to Pro later?
Yes, every quote, customer, and template carries over. Switch in-app or ping us. We pro-rate the month and start the Pro onboarding the same week.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes. Pay annually and you get 2 months free on Lite and Pro. Enterprise pricing is annual by default and includes a multi-year discount on request.
Do you charge per quote?
No. Send 5 quotes a month or 5,000, your monthly fee is the same. Pro and Enterprise come with fair-use limits on AI inference; we'll flag if you're approaching them, never silently cut you off.
What if my team is bigger than 20 reps?
Move to Enterprise. Unlimited reps, plus the security and integration tooling that bigger teams need. Pricing scales by usage, not headcount.
