Pricing is scoped per engagement, a 10-person business and a 100-person business have fundamentally different automation needs, so they shouldn't pay the same price. We don't publish fixed rates because quoting without understanding your operation isn't useful to either of us. Standard terms are 50% upfront, 50% on delivery. For larger or multi-phase builds, we can structure milestone-based payments. Payment terms are always confirmed in your proposal before we start. Payment is accepted via EFT (South Africa) or international bank transfer.

Only if you want them. After delivery, you own the system. Any third-party tool costs (n8n cloud, Make subscriptions, API usage) are your own accounts and billed by those providers directly. We offer an optional ongoing optimisation retainer for monitoring, iteration, and expansion, but it's never mandatory.

Most systems go live in 2–4 weeks. Complex multi-system builds or custom AI integrations may take 4–6 weeks. Your proposal will include a specific timeline. We don't pad timelines, if it can go faster, it will. You'll receive weekly progress updates throughout the build.

The process has four stages: 1) Systems audit, we map your workflow and identify automation potential (1–2 days). 2) Proposal, fixed-price scope with deliverables, timeline, and ROI projection (48 hours). 3) Build & deploy, we build, test, and refine. You review before anything goes live. 4) Handover, we document the system and provide training on what to watch. Ongoing retainer is optional from here.

Minor tweaks and bug fixes during the build are included at no extra cost. Post-delivery changes are billed at our standard rate, or covered under an ongoing retainer. We include a 30-day support window after go-live at no charge, so if anything doesn't behave exactly as specified, we fix it.

For complex builds, we write custom code where automation platforms fall short. The goal is always the right tool for the job, not the tool we know best.

Not necessarily. We can work with what you already have or recommend the tools you need as part of the proposal. Most clients start with access to their existing platforms (CRM, email, project management) and a Google Workspace account. We'll identify any gaps during the systems audit and include setup in the build scope.

Yes. We follow best practices for data security, credentials are stored in encrypted secret managers, API keys are never hardcoded, and access is restricted to the minimum required.
